Over time, depression can become a cycle. You feel worse, so you withdraw. The more you withdraw, the less you do, and the harder it becomes to find motivation or see a way forward.
My approach combines coaching, hypnotherapy, and proven techniques to identify what may be keeping you stuck. Rather than focusing only on the symptoms, we work to uncover the deeper patterns and use hypnosis to reinforce new ways of thinking, feeling, and responding.
